By approving your estimate, you agree that all artwork, colors, garment styles, size breakdowns and other specifics pertinent to your job have been thoroughly inspected. You agree to pay the full amount due, after any deposit, when the job has been completed and delivered. All prices quoted are eligible for up to 30 days. After 30 days all prices quoted are subject to change. Orders cancelled after Approval &/OR Deposit are subject to a 20% restocking fee with all artwork services being nonrefundable.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us with your concerns and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped when an order is complete and paid in full.* The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
